We are also proud to announce that we are officially a Sussex Breakfast provider!

A Sussex Breakfast means shorter supply chains and reduced food miles. Most of the food has not travelled outside of Sussex.

Being part of the Sussex Breakfast guarantees you are served at least 60% locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, free range eggs and pigs for the bacon, Sussex Downs butter, local organic apple juice, homemade bread and preserves etc..

TRADITIONAL FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST:-
Best back unsmoked bacon, tasty farm sausage, a local free range egg, italian peeled plum tomato, tasty pan fried mushrooms and Heinz baked beans.

FULL VEGETARIAN BREAKFAST:-
Two cheese and leek sausages, a local free range egg, italian peeled plum tomato, tasty pan fried fresh mushrooms and Heinz baked beans.

FULL VEGAN BREAKFAST:-
Herby vegan sausage, vegan rasher, italian peeled plum tomato, tasty pan fried fresh mushrooms and heinz baked beans.

COELIAC BREAKFAST:-
Two gluten free chipolata sausages, a lovely farm fresh free range griddled egg, best English unsmoked lean back bacon, italian peeled plum tomato, tasty pan fried fresh mushrooms.

SCRAMBLED EGGS:-
Free range eggs, lightly seasoned and scrambled; served with bread or toast of your choice.

BOILED EGGS:-
Two almost perfectly cooked (well, no-one's perfect!) farm fresh, free range boiled eggs. Served with either bread and butter or toast.

KIPPERS:-
Kipper fillets, served with buttered brown bread.

PORRIDGE:-
Freshly made porridge creamy and satisfying.

MUESLI:-
Fruity and nutty.

CROISSANTS:-
Warm and crumbly croissants served with a selection of toppings.

YOGHURTS:-
A variety of yogurts – low fat, creamy, Soya etc.

FRUIT:-
Fruit platter for you to choose from.
Prunes, in natural juice - (stone in).
Grapefruit in natural juice.

OUR DRINKS:-
Fresh cafetiere coffee - full caffeine or caffeine free.
A selection of black teas, fruit and herbal teas.
Hot Chocolate.
Fruit juice selection.
Milk - warm or cold.

All our eggs are free range and we use high quality breakfast products in order to give you a breakfast to remember for all the right reasons!
